# Mengenal RKA-SKPD

**RKA-SKPD adalah Rencana Kerja dan Anggaran - Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah**

1. **RKA-SKPD** sebagai **istilah untuk menyebut formulir** dari tahap Rancangan KUA-PPAS hingga Rancangan APBD yang berupa sebuah dokumen yang memuat:

   1. **rincian pendapatan;**
   2. **rincian belanja; dan**
   3. **rincian pembiayaan SKPD**. 

   Dalam lingkup Dinas PU Bina Marga, Dokumen RKA-SKPD hanya memuat rincian pendapatan dan rincian belanja. Contoh penggunaan istilah **formulir RKA-SKPD** untuk TA 2026:

   1. RKA-SKPD Rancangan KUA-PPAS (13/08/2025)\
      Pagu Belanja Rp 607 M
   2. RKA-SKPD Pembahasan Raperda APBD - Efisiensi (06/11/2025)\
      Pagu Belanja Rp 402 M
   3. RKA-SKPD Persetujuan Bersama Raperda APBD (17/11/2025)\
      Pagu Belanja Rp 538 M
   4. RKA-SKPD Penyesuaian Hasil Evaluasi RAPBD (30/12/2025)\
      Pagu Belanja Rp 571 M
2. **RKA-SKPD** sebagai **istilah untuk menyebut** **tahapan** setelah Penetapan KUA-PPAS dan digunakan sebagai dasar Raperda APBD.
